Hello everyone,

If your (or others') quality of life in the village is being affected and
you would like some advice or assistance or you have any questions about services either the County Council or Borough Council offer that may be available to you, please give me a ring on 07977982187.

If you are unsure, ring me anyway because I may be able to put you in touch with the right person or organisation.

As a community you will be entering a period of change and development both in and around the village, what with the potential new traffic calming measures (plans were exhibited for public viewing for 6 weeks during November/December 2006) and the 1000 home development site at Peter’s Pit. Whilst I have no influence whatsoever on the outcome of such projects, I do speak to and meet the people who often have a say in the matters, so if you have a problem and need an answer, ask me the question and I will try to get an answer for you.

a) Help The Aged ‘Handyvan’ Scheme. Free locks, smoke alarms for those aged 60 and over and on limited income/nominal savings.

b) Neighbourhood Watch Scheme. No longer the twitching curtain scheme of yesteryear

3) Kent Horsewatch Scheme. Self help equine group. Report stolen tack and horses etc
